The Institute of Geobotany at Leibniz University Hannover (LUH) is pleased to announce the return of its virtual seminar series on Biodiversity & Ecosystem Services with an exciting slate of international speakers for the Winter 2022 semester! This seminar series is hosted jointly with the Institute of Animal Ecology at Justus Liebig University Giessen (JLU).

The seminar series is an opportunity to learn about and discuss ecology, landscape science, and biodiversity research. It is open to members of LUH and JLU as well as to the public. We strive to host a wide range of speakers, including scholars, practitioners, and researchers employing different research methods from all parts of the world.

The next talk in this English-language seminar series will be hosted virtually on Tuesday, November 8 at 2:00 PM (CET) and will feature Dr. Antonia Mayr, Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute of Evolutionary Ecology and Conservation Genomics at Ulm University in Germany. She will present her work on, “BienABest—Promoting wild bees in agricultural landscapes.”
